PROLEC WEIGHLOADER
The Weighloader is a simple-to-use basic weighing system, suitable for smaller wheeled loaders and backhoes in those applications where economy is of prime importance to the user.

Developed from the successful Weightmaster range, the Weighloader offers essential on-board dynamic weighing features, together with the simplicity of operation and a choice of either count-up or count down modes that are selectable prior to installation. The result is a product that provides real benefits for small and large alike; indeed for anyone who recognises the need to maximise productivity in today's tough business climate.

Most users on on-board weighing equipment work with one product only, and either count up from zero or down from a target weight. For them, Weighloader provides a simple, rugged and accurate solution to the need to check loads away from the weighbridge. The method of counting and weighing is chosen at the time of installation and remains fixed in place to remove any doubts as to the method of operation being used. Should this method need to be altered at a future date, a service engineer can change the system between count-up and count-down modes, or between kick-out and dynamic weighing.

Basic facilities include a tare function and the ability to display short and long totals for record purposes. The back-lit LCD has been carefully selected for clarity and readability in all light conditions. The system uses two transducers that monitor the lift ram pressures, and an optical trigger that allows compensation for lift speed and acceleration of the load. A wide range of driving styles can thus be accomodated with minimal loss of accuracy and overall performance.
